I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real

of disposition, or any interest whatsoever, in equal shares to ~

ELSIE M. LAWRENCE and CHRISTOPHER SHAY, share and share alike,
per stirpes. ~
EIGHTH
I hereby nominate and appoint CHRISTOPHER SHAY, to act as
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, to serve without
bond, giving and granting said Executor the right to sell, at pub-
lic or private sale, with or without the Order of any Court. -
