WHEREAS, I, KATHERINE M. HODGE, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, on~the 12th day of March, 1971, signed, sealed,
declared and published my Last WiLI and Testament in the pre-
sence of CHARLES E. BECHr and ROSE M, KOHLER, who signed the
said Last Will and Testament as witnesses; and
WHEREAS, I am desirous of changing an Article in the said
Will and am desirous of making an additional bequest, I there-
f ore make and publish this CodiciZ to said will and testament
and I also republish all the terms ~f said will not in conf lict
with this Codicil.
(1) I hereby give, devise and bequeath my home in - ~
Fortescue, New Jersey to EISIE M. LAWRENCE, residing in New Port,
New Jersey.
(2) I hereby give and bequeatn any automobile which I
may own at the time flf my demise to CHRISTOPHER SHAY, Fort
Pierce, Florida
