1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marria e between Bill ~

Brown and Peggy Brown be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the `
; bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~

; obliqations arisinq therefrom. ~

~ 2. REAL PROPERTY. The Court finds and determines that

~ the Husband, Billy Brown, has a special equity in the following

~ described real property, and that the Court has jurisdiction of

~ said property by virtue of constructive service as to the property

~ itself, and the Court finds that said property should be awarded

~ to Billy Brown in fee simple title for his special equity and here-

~ by award said property to Billy Brown as his special equity in this
