DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. REAL PROPERTY. The Court finds and determines that ~ _ ~ ~ ~ the Husband, Billy Brown, has a special equity in the following ~ , ~ described real property, and that the Court has jurisdiction of ~ ~ ~ said property by virtue of constructive service as to the property ~ ~ itself, and the Court finds that said property should be awarded ~ ~ to Billy Brown in fee simple title for his special equity and here- ~ ~ by award said property to Billy Brown as his special equity in this ~ ~ ~ cause and in iieu of alimony and other relief: ~ Lots 8, 9 and 10, in Block One of Central = White City Subdivision, recorded in Plat a z Book 5, Page 63, of the Public Records of ~ § St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ ' 3.
