AGREEMENT~AND RELEASE .
T IS AGREEMENT AND RELEASE made and entered into
this day of , 1979, in Fort ~

Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, by and between IRA H.
GOTTLIEB, hereinafter called IRA, and MIRIAM C. GOTTLIEB,

hereinafter called MIRIAM, as follows:
WHEREAS, IRA is now marr~ed to one MILDRED B. GOTT-
LIEB, which marriage was performed appr.oximately forty-three
(43) years ago, but that IRA and his aforesaid Wife, MILDRED
B. GOTTLIEB, have been separated, but not divorced, for the

last past approximately ten (10~. years; and

WHEREAS, MIRIAM was born with the maiden name of
MIRIAA! CARTER, and later became lawfully married with her ~

married name, then becoming MIRIAM MILLER; and _

WHEREAS, MIRIAM's m~rriage to one WILLIAM MILLER
resulted in the birth of a son named and/or known as SANDY
L. MILLER; and

t w'HEREAS, the ~rarriage of MIRIAM to Wi3.liam Miller •

e resulted in a lawful divorce wherein MIRIAM was granted.the

~ care, custody and control of her minor son, SANDY L. MILLER,
~ :
who is still of minor years; and ~

~ WHEREAS, the said IRA and MIRIAM (who then had and
~ ~

~ still has the care, custody and control of her minor ~on, ----i

~ SANDY) commenced living toaether approximately seven (7) years
~
F ago in Thomasville, Georgia, after MIRIAM's divorce; and ~
~ ~ i
~ WHEREAS, IRA and MIRIAM are still living together ~
~
~ but now residing in St. Lucie County, Florida, even though the ~
~
~
