said IRA remains legally and lawfully married to the said Mildred
8. Gottlieb; and ~
WHEREAS, at all times material hereto and relative
to IRA and MIRIAM living together, MIRIAM's minor son, SANDY,
has also lived with them; and

WHEREAS, while IRA and MIRIAM were livinq together
in Thomasville, Georgia, MIRIAM caused her name of MIRIAM
MILLER to be lawfully changed to MIRIAM C. GOTTLIEB and also
caused the name of her minor son, SANDY L. MILLER, to be law-
fully changed to SANDY L. GOTTLIEB, all of which was done
with the knowledge of IRA but without his written consent; and
WHEREAS, IRA has neither married nor attempted to
marry MZRIAM and has neither adopted nor attempted to adopt
SANDY L. GOTTLIEB as his lawful son; and
iVHEREAS, IRA has supported MIRIAM and her minor

son, above named, while all have been living together; and
WHEREAS, there exists the fact and the parties

~ mutually agree that such fact will always continue to exist

during their lifetimes, that IRA and MIRIAM may or could be-

z come separated and live apart each from the other, regardless

~ of fault or reason; and s

~ WHEREAS, if the parties hereto should separate

~ and live apart each from the other, the parties hereto agree ~

~ that the further fact exists that the parties hereto could or

5 may reconcile and commence living together again, which recon-

; ciliation could be followed by another and additional sep-

aration; and
