tinue to be with his mother, MIRIAM; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire and hereby agree
to the following covenants, terms, agreements and conditfons
relative to disposition of all claims (including claims for
support or for services rendered, past, present or future),
liens, demands, actions, causes of action, damages of whatever
name or nature in any manner arisen, arising or to grow or arise
out of the relationship of (1) the par.ties'living together,
(2) continuing to live together or upon (3) separation of
the parties hereto, or upon (4) separation of the parties

hereto and subsequent reconciliation only to be followed by
additional or further separation (separation, reconciliation ~
and subsequent separation being hereby deemed to be a contin-
uing relationship subject to release).

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of
