real property in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, being ~
Lot 26, Block 13, UNIT 2, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBAIVISION, according to
a plat thereof filed in Plat Book 10, Pages. 56 through 56A-C,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the owners, JOSEPH T. NOWAK and EILEEN M. NOWAK,
his wife, contracted with RICHARD L. GOODWIN, d/b/a GOODWIN AND

SONS, INC., a/k/a GOODWIN BROTHERS, Route 1 Box 305, Vero Beach, ~
Florida 32960, for the following described improvement on said
property: Construction of single family dwelling.
3. That on or about March 21, 1979, construction of the above-
mentioned improvement ceased because contractor abandoned construction. _

i complete the improvement and intends to deduct the cost of completion
