Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with iatereat theroon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evideaced by promissory nota stating that said nota are securcd t~ercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness securcd by this Mortgag~e, not including sums advanoed in aooorciance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgsge. eacoeed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rslea~e. Upnn payment of all sums socured by this Mortgage, l.ender shall rckase this Mongage without chuge
to Bomower. Borrowet shall pay all caats of rocordation. if any.
23. Attoraep's Feea. As usod in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's fces" shall include attorney's fces, if any,
which may be awuded br an appellate coun.
