The undersiqned, as personal representatives of the above estate, ~
allege:
1. The decedent, FLORENCE M. FREY, a resident of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, diecl on September 8, 1978, and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioners on December 29, 1978.
2. Petitioners filed herewith Waivers 'signed by all interested
persons waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay-
ment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4.- Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns,

with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of RE:venue

' of the State of Florida, and have obtained and f iled with this Court
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
f
~ federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

~ 5. Petitioners have made or propose to make distribution of
~ the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution
~
~ attached hereto as Exhibit "A". ~
~ 6. The only persons, other than Petitioners having an interest

~ in this proceeding and their respective addresses are: JAMES P.
