This cause having come on to be heard this 30th day of April, I979,
on the Wife's Motion for Rehearing and the Court being advised that the .
parties, without pre3udice, agreed to increase the support payments per
month from ~180.00 to ~225.00 and the Court being fully advised therein,
thereupon, it is hereby . . ~
QRDERED as fo7lows: ~
1. That the Final Judgment dated October 23, 1975 incorporating `
the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement providing ~180.00 per month child
support for two minor children, be and the same is hereby amended as fol7ows:

~ 2. That PHARIS MOTES, JR., the father, after date., shall pay ~

~ ~225.00 per month support for the minor children, SAMARA MOTES and CNARISTA

~ MOTES, and all other provisions of the Agreement incorporated, shall remain `
~ the same until changed as provided.

' 3. That the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause and the

~ parties thereto for such other matters as may come before it.
