Kr1pW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by ~
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of the CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation unde= the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, do heraby convey
and qrant to the CITY OF FORT PISRCE, FLORIDA for the use and benefit
of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privileqe and easement ~
to construct a water or sewer distribution line over and acrose the
follawinq described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: .
The West 15 feet of the following described property: From the Southwest
corner of the East ~ of the Northeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of the North-
west run North 178.7 feet, thence East 83 feet to the Point of
Beginning, thence North 305.5 feet, thence East 50 feet, thence South
305.5 feet, thence West 50 feet to the Point of Beginning, being in
Section 28, Township 35, Range 40.
