ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on May 11, 1979 on the
Motion for Rehearing filed by the Wife, ALTAMESE S. HYLICK, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel for the Wife and
argument in proper person by the Husband, JACK HYLICK, JR., and
being fully advised in the ~remises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.. That the Husband, JACK HYI,ICK, JR., is found to be in
willful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the
terms of Paragraph 13 of the Final Judgment entered on August 29,
1978.
2. That as punishment for said willful contempt, the
~ Husband, JACK HYLICK, JR., is hereby sentenced to serve thirty
(30) full days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida.

; 3. That the Husband, JACK HYLICK, .7R., may purge himself
~
~ by making payments of $75 each and every month beginning May 31,
f
~ 1979 and the last day of each month thereafter until the total sum
F . of $400,being the arrearage in attorneys' fees due as of April 1,
~ 1979, is paid in full to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes at
~
~
~ 201 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
~
~ 4. That the Court determines the sum of $250 to be reason-
~
a
~ able for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and JACK HYLICK,
~

~ JR. is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with costs
~ herein assessed at $15.
