KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that SOUTHEAST LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF
FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, party of the first part, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by
the FTRST FEDERATED LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, party of the second part, the receipt
of which is hpreby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and assign unto
