S 00°02' 43" E-20 feet; thence S 89°57' 13" W-97.80 feet; thence
S 00°03' 38" E-221.65 feet; thence S 00°08' 46" E-18.25 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence S 89°56' S0" W-112.38 feet; thence S 00~06'

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said '
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
