A tract of land 2ying in Sections 28 and 29, Township 39 South, '

Range 39 East, Martin County, Florida, described as follows:
PARCEL 1- Section 28 less a tract previously conveyed and
being approximately the North one-third (1/3) of said Section
28, and said tract being recorded in Official Records Book 93, '
Page 247, Martin County, Florida, Public Records.
EXCEPTING therefrom the East 125 feet of said Section 28.
SUIIJECT to, however, a 25 foot easemen~ and said easement
being described as the West 25 feet of the Fa st 150 feet of
the above described parcel of land.
PARCEL 2- The East one-half (1/2) of Section 29 less a tract
of land previously conveyed and being approximately the North
one-third (1/3) of the East one-half (1/2) of Section 29 and
said tract being recorded in Official Records Book 93, Page
247, Martin County, Florida, Public Records.
EXCEPTING therefrom the East 15U feet.of the West 200 feet
thereof .
SUBJECT to, however, a 50 foot easement and said easement
being described as'the West SO feet of the East one-half
(1/2) of said Section 29.
PARCEL 3- A parcel of land lying in the West one-half (1/2)
of Section 29 anci being ~described as follows: Beginning at
the Northwest corner of Section 29 thence proceed East along
the North line of Section 29 for a distapce of 103.07 feet
to a point in the centerline of the Troup Indiantown Drainage
District Canal I for the point or place o~ beginning. (1) Thence
