2. In resvect to the above described Mortctage, which
shaZl hereafter be called the "First Mortqage", Mortgagors and
Mortgagee agree as follaws:
A. There exists n~ default or any event that would
constitute a default under the First Mortgage, and the information
set forth above with respect to the First !~iortgaqe is accurate in
every respect.
