Such provisions aa are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agiree that all
references to the Property~ Borrojnrer, Lender and Note contained in the above de~cribed maater form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender ;
and the Note defined herein. Bortower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona ;
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage. -
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree '
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boaower~ Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqaqe, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage, exceed
the oc~ginal amount of the Note plus US $ NnNF _
