Upon request by Borrower, t_ender, at Lender's option within twenry yeats from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be securcd by this Mortgage when evide~ccd by promissory notes stating that ~aid notes aro secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of lhe indebtedness socured by this Mortgage, not including sums advancxd in aocordanoe herewith to protect th~ ,security of this Mortgage, exceed ihe original amount of the Note plus USt. ~ 22.
