ment of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rr~ts u tbey become due and payabk. '
Upon accekratio~ under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Pmperty, Lende~ shaq be entitled to have a
receivet appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the ;
Property. including thos~ put due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rents. including, but not limited to. roceiver's fees, premiums on receiver's

21. Fntnre Adraocea. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeus from the date of this ;
Mongage, may make Future Advancas to Borrower_ Such Future Advances, with interest ihercon, shall be socurcd by this .
Mortgage when evideacod by promissory nota stating that said notes arc secuced hercby. At no time shall the principal f
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordaaoe herewith to protect ihe ;
security of this Mortgage. exceed ihe original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rekaee. UpQn payment of all sums secured by this MoRgage, Ix~der shall releZSe this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower ~hall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
23. AHorney'a Feea. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's fces" shall include attomey's foes. if any.
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
