through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19, 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recocded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provi4ions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
~Non-Uniform Covenants 18. 19~ 2Q~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgaqe. Bon'ower and Lender agrree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shaU be construed to mean the Propecty, Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges c~eceipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENADiTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage, may make Future Advances to Bonower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
qage, not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ -
