20. Ard~amest ot Re~b; Appointment ot Receivcr. As additional security hereunder. Borrower hereby usigns to
Lender the eents of the Property. pmvided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration undtr paragraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to collect and retain such rents ss they become due and payabk.
Upon acceleration uoder paragraph 18 heroof or aba~donment of the P[operty, Lre~der shap be entitled to have s
receiver appoiated by a oourt to enter upon. take pouession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
property, including those past due. All nnu collected by the raxiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of

Mortgage when evideoced by pcomissory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shalt the principal
amouat of the indebtcdnas secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the

22. Rdeate. Upon payment of all sums securcd by this Mortgage, L.ender shall release this Mortgage without charge

which may be awarded by an appellate court.
