SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under date of December 9, 1975, a mortgage was given
by JONNIE DAHLSTROM to MARTHA M. McCORMACK, which mortgage was
recorded on January 9, 1976, in Official Record Book 507, page
107, public records of Indian River County, Florida, and which
mortgage covers the following-described property lying and being
in Indian River County, Florida:
PARCEL ONE: All of Tract A, THE OCEAN CORPORATION, according
to t e p at thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book
3, Page 9, public records of Indian River County~ Florida;
and .
The unnumbered triangular parcel of property located in the .
norCheast corner of Indian Bay, according to the plat thereof
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat
Book 3, Page 43, public records of Indian River County,
Florida, lying South of Causeway Boulevard, East of AlA
~ Highway, and West of Avenue K; said land lying and being in
Indian River County, Florida.
AND
PARCEL TWO: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 14, OCEAN CORPORATION
UBD VI N, according to plat thereof filed in the office
f, of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 9, said land lying and being

~ TOGETHER with all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, appli-
~ ances and equipment.

~ WHEREAS, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT

~ PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, has agreed to make a mortgage loan

~ to JONNIE DAHLSTROM in the amount of $140,000.00, covering pro-
~ perty described in Exhibit A attached; and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS

~ AND LOAN ASSOCIATIOtl OF FORT PIERCE has agreed to make a raortgage

~ to JONt~IE DAHLSTROM in the amount of $100,000.00, covering pro-

~ perty described in Exhibit B attached, these ~ortgages hereinafter
called the "new mortgages", which said mortgages include the
s above-described property as well as other property, provided the
_ mortgage first described is subordinated to the said~new ~ort-
