THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Plaintiffs' Motion for
Summary Judgment against Defendant, PREVIEW HOMES, INC. and
Defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP., and after notice to all
parties, and the Court having considered the nleadings, all
matters of.record, and argument of counsel, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that there is
; no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the Plaintiffs

~ are entitled to juagment as of matter of law. It is therefore
s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment against

~ Defendant, PREVIEW HO?iES, INC. and Defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT

CORP., be and is hereby granted.
2. That the sales contract and addendum thereto bearing the

~ date September 27, 1977, which forms part of the subject matter

~ of this cause, is hereby rescinded and held for naught.

~ 3. That the warranty deed dated December 29; 1977, by and

~ between General Development Corp. as grantor and Preview Homes,
~ Inc. as grantee on the following described real property

situate, lying and being in the City of Port Saint Lucie, Gounty
