~ O.R. Book 280, Page 976, of the Public Records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida, a copy of said deed is attached to
this Final Judgment and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A",
is hereby cancelled and held for naught. .
4. That any claims to subject real property as
aforesaid by any of the Defendants are inferior, subordinate
and subject to the claims of the Plaintiffs herein.
5. General Development Corp. is hereby ordered and directed
to reconvey subject real property as aforesaid to the Plaintiffs,
DANIEL NANKOVITCH AND OLGA K. NANKOVITCH, his wife, with said -
Plaintiffs bearing their own recording costs.
6. This Court retains jurisdiction to enter any further
orders as may.be necessary to enforce the terms of this Final
Summary Judgment. ry
