W I T N E S S E T H:
That if Second Party shall f-irst make the payments and °

perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on his part to be
made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to

convey and assure to Second Party, his heirs, personal repre-
sentatives or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances,
by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 16, 17 and the S~ of Lot 18, Block 2, WESTWOOD
MANOR, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
page 2~, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, TOGETHER WITH drapes and carpet located -
therein and the existing chain link fence.

And Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay First Parties
