estate as nominated domiciliary personal representative
and devisee. Petitioner's name and address are as follows:

Willowdale, Ontario, Canada
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as
set forth at the end of this petition.
(2) Myron Clyde Gilbert died on February 10, 1979, at
Metropolitan General Hospital, Windsor, Providence of
Ontario, Canada, leaving a Last 47i11 dated March 4, 1966,
duly executed by the testator in the presence of two subscribing
witnessES, Mary Lou Fader and Neil M. MacPhee,•when he was
~ over the age of 18 years.
~ (3) The decedent at the time of his death was dor.?iciled
k in the City of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and owned certain

r property in the State of Florida, consisting of real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, having a value of

~ approximately $3,500.00. -

s (4) The Will of the decedent was duly admitted to probate

~ and record in Her Majesty's Surrogate Court of the County

~ of Essex by Canadian papers dated March 27, 1979, that Court

; having probate jurisdiction at the domicile of decedent.
(5) Petitioner attaches as Exhibit "A" a duly authenticated
; • transcript of the appropriate portions of the domiciliary
proceedings pursuant to Rule 5.470 of Florida Rules of Probate
