The Petition of Evelyn I. Noland alleges: ~ ~

(1) Myron Clyde GiZbert, late of the City of Windsor,
Count~~ of Essex, Ontario, Canada, died on February 10, 1979,
leaving a Last Will dated March 4, 1966, which was duly
~
proved and admitted to probate and recorded in Her Majesty's
Surrogate Court of the Court of Essex, Province of Ontario,
Canada, a Court of Probate jurisdiction, on March 27, 1979. `
(2) The Will described in paragraph 1 complies with the
Laws of Florida as to form and manner of execution.
(3) Duly authenicated copies of the Will, Application
for Probate, Entry Admitting Will to Probate, and Entry
Appointing Fiduciary a~e filed with this Petition.
(4) There has been no probate in Florida of the Will
described in paragraph 1.
~ WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an Order Admitting the

t Authenicated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Myron Clyde ~

s Gilbert to probate in this Court.
