of probate of the Last Will and Testament of MYRON CLYDE
GILBERT, late of City of Windsor, County of Essex, Ontario,
Canada, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court
that the Last Will has been duly admitted to probate and
record in Her Majesty's Surrogate Court, in and for the
County of Essex, Providence of Ontario, Canada, a Court
of probate jurisdiction; the Will complies with the laws
of Florida as to form and manner of execution and devise ~

real property in this county; there has been na probate ~ ~

of the Will in Florida; and that a duly authenticated a

copy of the Last Will is attached and to be filed in this '
