_ PETITION FOR DISCNARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1, The Decedent, ANDREW S. GUILE a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida died on May 16, 1978 and Letters of Administration~
were issued to Petitioner on October 8, 1978.
2. Petitioner filed herewith either a final accounting ~
containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the commencement of administration of this estate, or sirice ~
the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any,_ or waivers
signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
; .
i the filing of a final accounting. ~
! 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
i -
` payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts ~
I
~ that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
' payment of all taxes and expenses of administration:

# 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid

~ to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers
~ or other agents, employed by the personal representative is set

# forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

~ S. Petition has filed all required estate tax returns, with
~ the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of P.evenue
~
~ of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this
~ court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations

for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

~ ' 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
= of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of

~ distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
