On the Petition of HELEN CUBOW for Summary Administration
of the Estate of JOSEPH M. CUBOW, SR., deceased, the Court finding
that the decedent died on the 7th day of April, 1979; that the
Petitioner is the sole beneficiary and only person interested in
this proceeding; that the material allegations of the Petition are
true; and that an Order of Sumanary Administration should be entered,
