ORDER OF SUMMARY AD2~IINISTRATION
On the Petition of STEVEN BAICH for Summary Adminis-
tration of the ESTATE OF RUBY FLORENCE BAICH, Deceased, and.the
Court finding that the Decedent died on the Second day of
February, 1979, that the Decedent left a Last V7i11 and Testament
dated the 13th day of June, 1952, which ~vill is ordered to be
admitted and filed into the records of this Court; that all
interested persons have been served proper notice of this hear-
ing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations
of the Petition are true and that an Order of Summary Administra-
tion should be entered; it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
assets~of the Decedent within the State of Florida as follows:
To STEVEN BAICH of 2311 I Street, Apartment 5,
Sacramento, California the fo.llowing:
; Lot 16, Block A, as~shown on Plat of Harmony
~ Estates, Plat thereof recorded in the Fublic
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the Decedent, those
