4. In the eve~t tAe Proprietor breathas the exdusive portion of this Agreement by plating any other similar machines in the pr~misls; thM tM
Compsny, ~t its option, may apply for and obtain sn injunttion, without notice, from the Circuit Court or any other Court of sppropriste juritdiction,
which ssid injunction shall enjoin the Prop~~etw (rom ptscing o? permitting the apentio~ of any other similar type machin~ on the pr~m~set. Thit r~rtwcly

6. In the event the Propnetor breaches this Agreement and the Company tiles a wit for damages as here~nabove set out, or for injunction ss set out
Mro~n, then the Proprietor ihall be liable for reasonable attorney's fees to any attorneys the Company may reta~n to b?~ng sa~d s~~t.
