hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Utiform Covenanta numbered 1 ~
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the of~ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property i~ located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage, Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenoes to the_ Property~ Botrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Barrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. - `
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of t2iis Mortgaqe, may make Future Advances ~ to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be ~ecured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gaqe~ not includinq sums advanced in accordance~~with to protect the security of this Mortgaqe, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ _
