recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Pcoperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and~ at the paqe as follows: ~

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uni.form Covenanta 18~ 19~ 20, ~2, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bo~rower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by ceference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined hereirr. Bocrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions f
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agiree _
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Bonower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe~ exceed ,
