BEFURE ME, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared H. C. HAVERKOS,
who being by me duly sworn, on oath, deposes and says:
1. THAT he is a duly appointed Trust Officer acting on behalf of FIRST
NAfIONAL BANK OF CINCINNATI, as Executor of the Estate of ALPHONSE G. Ri~SENBERG,
Deceased;
2. THAT the Consents, Authorizations and Conveyances~obtained by him as
Trust Officer were obtained in order to relinquish the interest of the parties
having an interest in the~above-captioned real property , and
3. THAT he, acting on behalf of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CINCINNATI, as
Executor of the Estate of ALPHONSE G. RIESENBERG, Deceased herebx states that
LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION will be held harmless and not liable for any
claim which may arise from any and all parties having an interest in the captioned
property.
4. THAT as Trust Ufficer he will distribute to each interested party the
proportionate share due them from the sale of the subject property in accordance ~
; witn provisions contained in the Last Will and Testament of ALPHONSE G. RIESENBERG,
; Deceased.
