National Bank of Cincinnati, as Executor of the Estate of Alphonse G. Riesenberg,
Deceased, Estate Number 750955, Probate Court, Hamilton County, Ohio, to sell
and convey for the sum of Three Thousand and 00/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars all
