Subject to real estate taxes now a lien on said premises.
It being further understood and agreed that this Consent, Authori2ation
and Conveyance is granted with the understanding that upon completion of the
sale and conveyance of the real estate as herein contemplated, The First
National Bank of Cincinnati, as Executor, will make distribution of the net
proceeds of said sale, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Last
Will and Testament of Alphonse G. Riesenberg, deceased, as same is found of
record in Estate Number 750955, Probate Court of Hamilton County, Ohio.
The Undersigned further agrees to hold The First ~lational Bank of
Cincinnati, as Executor of the Estate of Alphonse G. Riesenberg, deceased,
harmless from any claims or demands by reason of said sale and conveyance.
Further, this Consent, Authorization and Conveyance is subject to the
approvai of all the interested parties under said Last Will and Testament of
~ said Alphonse G. Riesenberg, deceased. _
