KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Undersigned, being one of the Parties having an interest in ~
the within described Real Estate, hereby authorizes and empowers The First
National Bank of Cincinnati, as Executor o~ the Estate of Alphonse G. Riesenberg,
Deceased, Estate Number 750955, Probate Court, Hamilton County, Ohio, to sell
and convey for the sum of Three Thousand and 00/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars all
their right, title and interest in and to said real estate. Said party hereby
acknowledges that the sum of Three Thousand and 00/1Q0 ($3,000.00) Dollars is
the best price obtainable.
The llndersigned does hereby Remise, Release and Forever Quitclaim to The
First National Bank of Cincinnati, as Executor of the Estate of Alphonse G.
