FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLiJTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th day of June, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, and having heard the testimony of the Husband, and
the testimony of the Wife and the witness for the Wife as to
residency~ finds and determines: That this Court has juris-
diction of the parties and this suit; that an injustice would
result from the delay if the Final Judgment was not entered
prior to 20 days from the date of filing of the original
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage; that the relationship
' of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that

~ the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
i
~
j should be dissolved. It is thereupe~
; ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GARY J.

~ JACKSON and YVONNE M. JACKSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
~
~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fro~
~

~ the obligations arising therefrom.
= 2. CUSTODY. Custody of PAMELA S. JACKSON and DEBRA.M.
~ JACKSON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

YVONNE irl. JACKSON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to .

5 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 8th day of June, 1979, GARY
