above, as per the Property Settlement and Child Custody
Agreement.
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and ;
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
- ;
other. The Sheriff is hereby instructed to enforce this restrain-
ing order.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
;
$350.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services
herein and GARY J. JACKSON is ordered to pay said attorney said
sum.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
