ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Order on Pre-Trial Conference has been held is ordered and
adjudged:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
I That the parties to this law suit agree to all admissions and ~
stipulations contended in both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants
Pre-Trial Statement and Pre-Trial Stipulation.
2. EVIDENCE: Documentary and other evidentiary exhibits
listed and oresented at the Pre- Trial Conference shall be admitted
into evidence without exceution other than objection to relevancy

; and materiality.

~ 3. WITNESSES: Only those.witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial

Conference and the names filed with the Clerk will be permitted
± to testify, except the parties and impeachment witnesses. Either

~ arty may call any witness listed by the other party. Witness list

~ ay be amended not later than five days prior to trial in this

; 4. PEREMPTORY CHALLEIJGES: Plaintiff shall have six peremptor

~ challenges. Each Defendant shall have three peremptory challenges.

= rate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the
