. the duly appointed and actinp, aucceeeor co-truateee purauant to~a certain
Trust A~reement executed September 28~ 1967 by and betveen Opal Kober,
Settlor, Opal Kober, Trustee and Auncan Baxter, Successor Trustee and an
Amendment thereto executed March 13, 1975; and
NNF.FtEAS, under Article YI (4) of the "Opal Kober Trust" a successor
truatee has the authority and duty to in writin~; appoint a further auc-
cessor to fill any vacancy provided that the further auccessor is a'qual-
ified bank or trust company; and • ~ ~
~ F1ilF.REAS, said Duncan N. Aaxter and Alfred 8. Thomas are unWillinR to
ser~e :+nd are desirous oE appointinR by thie instrument The Security Cen-
tral .~ational Aank of Portsmouth to act in their stead; and
WFiEREAS, The Security Central National Bank of Portsmouth is a Nat-
ional Aankinp, Asaociation qualified to exercise fiduciary authority and
ie desirous and villinR to accept appointment as aucceasor trustee to
act under the "Opal Kober 1~CUet";
NOW, TNFREFORE, Duncan M. Baxter and Alfred B. Thomas do hereby re- -
si~n as co-trustees and, pursuant to the authority and obli~ation of Arti- ~
cle YI (4), do hereby nominate and appoint The•Security Central National
Bank of Portsmouth to act as succesaor truatee.
The Security Central National Bank of Portsmouth does hereby accept
such nomination and appointment and agreea to act pursuant to the terms
of the aforesaid Trust Apreement with all the powere, authority and dis-
cretion Rranted to the initial trustee.

, urity Central National Bank of Portsmouth hereby acknowledRes recel.pt of .
all~items enumeraEed on Exhibit A attached hereto. The items listed on .
, ~ Exhibit A are represented to be all assets of the Trust presently held by
~ the co-truatees and said co-trustees a~ree that any assets which may prop-
perly belong to the Trust and Which may hereafter com~ into the possession
of both or either of them ahall be promptly delivered to their auccessor.
