THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife for temporary child custody, and the Court having heard
testimony from the Wife that the Husband has threatened to remove -
the child from the jurisdiction of this Court, the Court intending
to maintain status quo and jurisdiction over the child pending -
final determination, it is ~
ORDERED A:VD ADJUDGED that the child shall not be removed
from fhe state pending further order of the Court.
TEMPORARY CHILD CUSTODY of the minor child, SEAN DONAVAN
WIGGINS, be and is hereby awarded to the wife pending further order
of the Court.
IT IS FURTNER ORDERED that the parties are hereby restrained
and enjoined from molesting or harassing each other or the minor
child and the Sheriff or any other law enforcement o~ficer is
authorized and directed, without notice or further order of this
' Court, to arrest and incarcerate the offending party and immediately
deliver said offending party to this Court for further disposition.
