upon Motion for Contempt previously filed herein and the Father,
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, having appeared in open Court after proper ~
service of process, and the Mother of said child having appeared in
person and open Court, and the Father having stated that he had not
paid $200.00 in child support as ordered by this Court but has the
ability to do so and has agreed to pay such on or before May 25, 1479,
and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised, it is
,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt, '
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, is hereby sentenced to 60 days in the St. Lucie =

County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on May 26, 1979. ~ k

PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself within the time ~
~
interval between the signing of this Order and May 25, 1979, and be
released by paying the sum~of $200.00 due as of the date of the
hearing to riARY ELLEN GAETZ and any cost of his arrest to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norvell, Sheriff~ St-. Lucie
County, Florida, or any of his duly authorized deputies shall and they

are hereby ordered to arrest the said BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE on said
date and deZiver him to the Sheriff of St.- Lucie County, Florida, for ?
execution of this above-described judg~nent and sentence. The Clerk
of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his ~
