Such provisions as are incarporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanb 18~ 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and~Lender aqree that all
referenc.es to the Property, Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above desaribed maater form of ~
moragage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty, Borrower~ Lender '
and the Note defined herein. Boaower aclatowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the proviaions
h~eby incorporated by reference ~?to this Moriqage. -
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agres
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boaower, Lender, at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bonower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to pmtect the security of this Mortqac~e~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ Nrtu~ _
