Bo~rower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thia Mortgage and
hec~eby acgee to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19, 20, 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is Iocated and
