YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants on
the ~ day of June, 1979, in the above entitled Court, involving
the followind described real property situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All of Lot 15, South 27 feet of Lot 14, Block 3, Unit 1
of FORT PIERCE SHORES, as per plat thereof recorded in
OR Book 9, page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
