PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed the 23rd day of February ,
1979, between AMERICAN FLETCHER NATIONAL BANK & TRUST CO., Execu-
tor and Trustee, and DAVID EMERSON BRUNER, Ancillary Personal Rep-
resentative, of the Estate of BARBARA E. WELLS, Deceased, Party of
the First Part, and HENDRICUS BAAIJ and CATHERINE A. BAAIJ, his
wife, Party of the Second Part, whose address is: 11 Werheim Road,
Barrington, Illinois 60010.

W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, in consideration of the premises
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second
Part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows: -
Lot 9, Block 778, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18,-_
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the - ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida '
SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reserva- ~
tions, limitations and easements of record;
. zoning and other regulatory ordinances and t
taxes for the year 1979 and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all and singular the teneinents, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
! TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, and
E to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

' AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party
~ of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things pre-
liminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance, the power
of sale contained in the Will, and the laws of the State of Florida
~ have been followed and complied with in all respects.
