b) Twenty-two per cent (2296) to my sister, CLARA L. SAHLIE,
of Owensboro, Kentucky.
c) Twenty-two per cent (2296) to my sister, BYRD C. STOUT,
of Owensboro, Kentucky.
d) Twenty-two per cent (2296) to my brother, REYNOLDS C.
P8OPHETER, of Dayton, Ohio.
e) Twenty-two per cent (2296), to my niece, VIRA L. SAHLIE,
of Savannah, Georgia. -

ITEM FIFTH: I nominate and appoint my son, WALTER M.
BUCHROEDER, JR., as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
r and I direct that no bond for the faithful performance of his
' duties as Executor be required of him. I hereby authorize and
empower my Executor, if and whenever in his discretion it is
.y deemed advisable for any purpose whatsoever, to make and enter ~
into contracts and sell the whole or any part of my real or
personal property, at public or private sale, and to execute and
E deliver all deeds and instruments of transfer necessary or proper
€ -
to pass the title thereto. No person purchasing from or having

any other transaction with my Executor shall be bound or .concerned

to see that the money or other property of value received by it
is actually needed or properly applied or otherwise as to the ~
- proprieties or expediencies of any act of my Executor.
If my son, WALTER M. BUCHROEDER, JR., shall fail or cease
to act as my Executor for any reason, then I nominate and appoint
my son's wife, MARY JANE BUCHROEDER, as Successor Executrix to
serve with all the powers, discretions and inanunities herein
