granted to my Executor.
If my son's wife, MARY JANE BUCHROEDER, shall fail or cease
to act as Executrix for any reason, then I nominate and appoint
Stuart National Bank, of Stuart, Florida, as Successor Executor
to serve with all the powers, discretions and immunities herein
granted to my Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this,
my Last Will and Testament, consisting of three typewritten pages,
on the margin of each of which (except this page) I hate affixed
my signature for greater and better identification, this
day of March, 1975.
